In partnership with Resonate! Yemen and funded by the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF), and as part of our efforts to create a real and sustainable impact in (Al-Mudhaffar, Salh, and Mashra'a wa Hadnan) districts, we are proud to share a comprehensive summary of the qualitative steps we have achieved so far:
🔹 Milestone 1: Selection and Psychological Assessment We began by selecting 30 participants out of 60 candidates through rigorous interviews and specialized psychological screening to ensure providing support tailored to each individual's needs.
🔹 Milestone 2: Psychological Recovery (The Bridge to Change) We conducted intensive group therapy sessions for trauma (PTSD) and emotional management, enabling participants to regain hope and transform challenges into opportunities for positive growth.
🔹 Milestone 3: Life and Job Skills Building We moved into practical qualification through training programs covering communication skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and professional behavior, ensuring participants are ready for effective integration into society and the labor market.
🔹 Milestone 4: Entrepreneurship and Development Through intensive activities in preparing and developing small businesses, 15 professional feasibility studies were developed. Ten outstanding projects were selected to receive funding and commence actual operations on the ground.
🔹 Milestone 5: From Planning to Implementation (Current Status) We recently concluded project mentoring and development sessions, where participants established detailed execution and marketing plans. Today, these projects have already begun actual operations on the ground, starting their journey toward creating a tangible change in the lives of the owners and their families.
The achievements of our participants are living proof that professional empowerment and psychological support are the cornerstones of rebuilding lives. We are proud of every step achieved and remain committed to supporting their ambitions for a better tomorrow.
